Attention, there is a new procedure for building permits! All building and construction permits must now be submitted via the Cloud Permit online permitting system at https://us.cloudpermit.com. You must create an account or login to submit a permit application.
Steps for Submitting Building Permits:
1. Go to https://www.townofgrandlake.com/forms to select and fill out the necessary forms for your project (scroll down to "Building Permits")
2. Go to https://us.cloudpermit.com and create an account, or login to an existing account
3. Follow the prompts to upload your completed forms to the Cloud Permit platform.
